We provide counselling service to support and enhance mental health and well-being of students. Our counseling center is staffed with professional counselors. It provides very safe environment to talk and develop coping strategies. Not just that, workshops and seminars on mind management, time management, mindfulness are conducted to help student making them equipped with the practical tools to handle stress. 

 Meditation Streaks

The university has yoga club. It offers various yoga classes. Not just physical postures but also combining breath and meditation. The balance of well-being is essential for managing the anxiety and yoga fosters it. This being done through conducting regular guided sessions on meditations. 

Faculty Mentors and peer tutoring

Peer tutoring is a unique way to bring a sense of collaborating and learning. Credits in general proficiency are given for it. These resources ensure that students do not feel overwhelmed by their coursework and have the support they need to succeed.

The unique way to robust academic support is our Mentorship programs. 

Each student is assigned a faculty mentor who provides academic guidance and personal support. This mentorship helps students navigate their academic journey, set realistic goals, and develop effective study habits. 

Sports and exercise:

Physical activity, exercise ia a great way to reduce stress which helps in overall well-being. NCY encourages students to engage in physical through sports facilities. 

The university has a well-equipped gymnasium, sports fields, and courts for various sports such as basketball, volleyball, and tennis. Regular sports events and competitions are organized to promote physical fitness and team spirit. Participating in sports not only helps students stay fit but also provides a healthy outlet for stress and a chance to unwind and socialize.

Extracurricular Activities and Clubs
