Mr. Avdhesh Mishra is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in law, aviation, and academia. He was a partner at Lex Terrae, an internationally renowned law firm with offices in New York, Moscow, Dubai, and India. Specializing in International Mergers & Acquisitions, he also provided strategic counsel on complex tax-related matters.

Prior to his legal career, Mr. Mishra served as the head of Open Sky Cargo, a cargo chartering company that competed with global giants like Aeroflot and Air India. His leadership and strategic vision were instrumental in the company’s growth within the highly competitive aviation industry.

In academia, Mr. Mishra is the Co-Founder and a Governing Body Member of The NorthCap University, Gurugram. He also serves as the Chairman of ITM International and is a Director in several innovative ventures, including Innovative Learning & Living Nirwana Hospitality Solutions, Chaitanya Floriculture, and Capital Educational Services.

Mr. Mishra earned his Bachelor of Commerce and LLB degrees from the University of Delhi. During his time at the university, he was elected Vice President of the Delhi University Students Union (DUSU), reflecting his commitment to leadership and public service.
