Yoga Session at NCU

Yoga session by EECE students’ chapter of IEI on 26th April 2022

"yoga teaches us to cure what need not be endured and endure what cannot be cured."

Yoga is a way of life that allows us to be holistically healthy and helps in achieving an illness-free physical body, stress free calm mind, and spiritually grown self. EECE students’ chapter of IEI in collaboration with Creator's garage organized a live yoga session in the university ground on 26th April 2022 with our yoga expert Mr. Aman Kumar (Manager- Capgemini Engineering) practising Asanas, Pranayama and Meditation for 15 years to strengthen body and get better control over mind. In a session of more than 1 hour, joint movements of the whole body, pragya yog, nadi shodhan and pranakarshan paranayams, and meditation in the form of shava asana were performed by the expert and followed by the attendees. About 50 students along with faculty coordinator -Dr. Vandana Khanna participated in this live early morning yoga session in open area and captured the moments of life.
