Skill Development Program on Internet of Things

The Department of CSE and IEEE NCU organized a skill development program on Internet of things for B. Tech CSE, ECE and ME students on 22nd Jan 2020. The focus of the session was to give a practical exposure to students on IoT. Around 40 students attended the session from different years and all over branches. Students created a webserver for controlling electrical appliances, made a web page form, obtained entries on remote system and interfaced LED dot matrix under the guidance of Dr. Pankaj Rakheja and Dr. Sumanlata Gautam with help of EECE lab technician Mr. Pinaki Dutta and student coordinators Mr. Anshdeep Singh Sehgal and Mr. Vishesh Kurseja. The event was coordinated by IEEE student members Mr. Virendra Pratap Singh and Mr Soumye Kumar along with Dr. Pankaj Rakheja, Ms. Srishti Sharma and Ms. Vaishali Kalra.
