Hands-on Workshop on ‘How to Build a Fake News Detection ML Mode’

IEEE The NorthCap University Student Branch organized a Hands-on Workshop on how to Build a Fake News Detection ML Mode. It was conducted virtually on Google Meet on 29th August 2020. The speaker for the workshop was Ms. Sharmistha Chatterjee, who is currently working as a Senior Manager of Data Science. The workshop provided a great deal of information to the attendees out of which many were sophomores and wanted to get insights on how one could make this model an efficient one. It was a highly informative workshop and attendees really got an opportunity to witness the hands-on building. Ms. Srishti was the faculty coordinator and Prabal Goyal, Akshay Makkar, Animesh Das, Anshika Sharma, Anmol Chaudhary, Aditi Tripathi, Yogesh Yadav, Shubham Kakriya, Yukta Yadav were the student coordinators. 55 students attended this workshop.
