Expert Session by Dr R Murali Krishna

On 7 August 2019, an Expert Session was organized titled ‘Technology Development for Oil & Gas, Transportation, Aviation and Renewables with special focus on Component Testing & Method Automation’ by the department of Civil & Environmental Engineering for students of 2nd and 3rd year. Dr Murali Krishna Rangharajhan, Global Product Configuration Leader at GE Power Portfolio, an expert speaker talked about the incubation of emerging technologies in the domains of Materials, Additive, Power Plant Performance, Competitive Assessment, Emissions, Heat Transfer, Aerodynamics, Component Testing & Methods Automation. Post session the meeting explored the options involving students in live industry projects, internships or preplacement offers.
