A workshop titled 'ABCs of Mental Health: Rewiring Mind, Reviving Life.'

''Manovriti’-The Psychological Society, School of Management and Liberal Studies, NCU organized a Two Days Workshop titled ''ABCs of Mental Health: Rewiring Mind, Reviving Life'', from March 12– March 13, 2021. The workshop aimed to sensitize students towards common mental health challenges faced by young adults and their current significance in our personal and collective lives. The resource persons for the workshop were Ms. Divita Rao, Psychologist, Mpower, BITS Pilani, Goa; Ms. Shwetha B., RCI licensed clinical psychologist under Rehabilitation Council of India; MS. Julia Vanlalruati Pachuau, certified Clinical Psychologist licensed under the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI); and Ms. Poonam Bir Kaur Sahota, certified Clinical Psychologist licensed under the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). Ms. Harshita Jha, Dr. Mansi Vinaik, Dr. Preeti Chawla, and Prof. Swaranjeet Arora served as faculty coordinators for the event.
