Manager – Admissions (MBA Programme), SOB

The Manager – Admissions (MBA Programme) will be responsible for driving student enrolments for NCU’s flagship MBA programme, managing the entire admissions process from candidate sourcing to final selection. The role requires strong industry connections, student engagement skills, and a strategic approach to meeting admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Recruitment & Outreach:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage prospective MBA students.
  • Conduct student counselling, webinars, and in-person interactions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with agents, coaching centres, and corporate partners for lead generation.

Admissions & Selection Process:

  • Oversee the end-to-end MBA admissions process, including application screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Organize campus tours and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with faculty and administration to enhance admissions strategies.

Marketing & Brand Representation:

  • Represent NCU at education fairs, industry events, and corporate engagements.
  • Work closely with the marketing team on outreach initiatives and promotional campaigns.

Stakeholder & Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of two admissions counsellors
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including faculty and career services, to align recruitment efforts.

Target Achievement & Reporting:

  • Drive admissions targets for the MBA programme.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on enrolment trends and strategy effectiveness.
