Visiting Japan has been a long dream of mine, I’m grateful to The Northcap University to make it come true. It was a truely an unforgettable experience. From exploring Tokyo as a student to meeting students at Toyosu and Omiya campus. This program provided an immersive experience of not only the life in Tokyo but also how advance research labs and students are at Shibaura Institute of Technology. This experience helped me gain a deeper understanding of Japanese traditions, food and way of life. Meeting people from different countries who were part of SIT exchange program pursing their studies in Tokyo, discussing with them about social issues present in the world and coming up with solutions, going on industrial visits with them enriched my perspective. I will always cherish the memories made on this immersion program with the students of NCU and SIT.

What a wonderful and amazing trip it was! The immersion program in Tokyo was full of joy. Every day was exciting, with new things to discover and experiences to treasure. Engaging in cultural activities and interacting with the students and teachers of SIT enriched my understanding of Japanese traditions and culture. From navigating and exploring the bustling streets of Tokyo to making new friends, I made unforgettable memories that I'll always hold dear.

My experience at the immersion programme was amazing. It was a lot better than I had expected. Everyone throughout the programme be it from Indonesia, Philippines or Egypt was so polite and friendly with us. The faculty had made all the arrangements for us and were super friendly too. We learned a lot about Indonesian culture, cuisine, dance, languages and many more things. There were many group and team activities conducted for us. Also, they conducted the whole tour of Jakarta city for us.  We all enjoyed a lot and made many new friends. I wish to visit Indonesia once more. Thank you Northcap University for this amazing opportunity and would encourage my junior to enroll in the immersion program.

It kicked off in Shibuya, buzzing with arcade fervor, before shifting to Akihabara, a haven for tech and anime. At Shibaura University of Technology, collaboration was key. I teamed up with Japanese peers on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), turning a presentation into a cross-cultural dialogue. Donning a yukata added a traditional twist, linking past traditions with modern vibrancy. The trip included a visit to the historical Edo Museum and the futuristic Kawasaki Robotic Museum, each stop revealing a facet of Japan's dynamic ethos. A serene day at Omiya campus offered a peaceful contrast to Tokyo's hustle. Evenings were spent exploring Ginza’s anime scenes, like "Spy x Family" and "Kaguya-sama: Love Is War". On foot, we conquered Tokyo, racking up 30,000 steps daily, fully immersed in the city's unstoppable rhythm. This journey was a relentless dive into the vibrant heart of Japan, leaving me exhilarated and eager for more.
