Webinar on Internet of Things

The IEEE NCU SB is organizing a series of webinars on “Technologies that make a difference” and this webinar was the fourth webinar in this series. It was an innovative webinar on the Internet of Things (IOT), held on 18th April 2020 from 4:00 pm IST. The webinar`s speaker was Dr. Shriram K Vasudevan- Intel IOT Innovator. Dr Shriram is a renowned and awarded speaker and has vast knowledge in the industrial applications of IOT. He himself has an array of projects and ideas in the field of IOT.

He covered the basics of the Internet of Things and how to build award-winning hackathon solutions. He acquainted everyone on the integration of various technologies and how they can make the best use of the skill sets they possess. This event sought to make an impact on Tier-3 cities as well. There were 171 registrations with a turnover of 50 participants.
