Prof. Surendra S. Yadav, Emeritus Professor at the Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi, is a distinguished academician with a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) from IIT Kanpur, an MBA from the University of Delhi, and a Ph.D. from the University of Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne, France. He served as a Professor in the Higher Academic Grade (HAG) since August 2009.

His teaching and research focus on Corporate Finance, International Finance, Security Analysis & Portfolio Management, and General Management. He has published 14 books, 195 research papers in reputed journals, 5 book chapters, and 140 conference papers, along with numerous articles in financial newspapers. He has guided 26 Ph.D. scholars and managed multiple sponsored research projects on topics like financial management practices and R&D management.

Prof. Yadav has been a visiting professor at prestigious institutions, including the University of Paris 1, INSEEC Paris, and the University of Tampa, USA. He pioneered an online Executive Development Program in collaboration with Macmillan India Ltd., benefiting professionals from diverse organizations.

As Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Advances in Management Research (JAMR), published by Emerald, UK, he contributes to global academic discourse. Prof. Yadav has also served on numerous committees and editorial boards, with professional engagements spanning several countries, including France, the USA, and the UK.
