Quality Benchmarks

The North Cap University (NCU) is chosen by Arizona State University (ASU) as the 1st strategic collaboration partner in India and endorsed under “Powered by ASU” to focus on all-round enhancements and innovation in education quality.

Santa Clara University, California, USA: This MoU was signed in June 2023 to offer graduate program at SCU to undergraduate students of NCU with an application fee waiver, two annual scholarships worth US$9000 for engineering applicants and two annual scholarships of US$12000 for business studies applicants.

Queensland University of Technology, Australia: The MoU with Queensland University of Technology was signed in July 2023. This MoU signifies a strong partnership aimed at fostering academic growth and innovation. The purpose of this agreement encompasses a range of exciting initiatives that are set to enhance the learning experience and global exposure of our students

Almaty Management University, Kazakhstan: The NCU has signed cooperation agreement and students exchange agreement with AlmaU in October 2023. The agreement was signed for exchange of faculty, students and researchers, Masters and Doctoral degree supervision, access to Online courses, Joint organization of forums and conferences, Entrepreneurship areas: Social Incubator and others.

Binus University, Indonesia: The NCU has established a collaboration with Binus University, located in Indonesia. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two institutions was signed in September 2023. The agreement aims to facilitate the exchange of information and experience related to educational exchange programmes, student exchange, immersion programmes, research collaborations, and joint degrees, including joint online programmes.

Cintana Alliance: The long-term collaboration between The NorthCap University and Cintana Alliance is focused on collaboration with the other 16 universities across the continents. Students benefit in terms of semester abroad at zero fee, immersion programmes at universities across 16+ universities with scholarships, joint research projects and funding and opportunity to participate in international competitions.

Shibaura Institute of Technology, Japan: A Partnership Agreement with Shibaura Institute of Technology, Japan was signed in August 2018 and renewed in June 2023, to undertake collaborative research and joint academic meetings, exchange of professors, researchers and students. Admission and Tuition fees are waived for NCU students on semester exchange.

Michigan Technological University: An MoU with the University of Michigan Technological University Houghton, Michigan, USA was signed in March 2016.

NCU students of MTech ECE and CSE are eligible to apply for a Master of Engineering degree in Electronics Systems Engineering and in Software Systems Engineering, respectively. Selected students proceed to University of Regina, Canada.

University of Dayton, Ohio, USA signed a Partnership Agreement to undertake joint collaborative research and for student and faculty exchange. The Agreement was signed in May 2017

University of Chester, UK: A Partnership Agreement with the University of Chester, UK, was signed in 2012. The Chester Business School has over 1500 students with campuses at Chester and Warrington and has a good reputation at undergraduate and postgraduate- level courses.

Providence University: The NorthCap University (NCU), Gurugram, signed Partnership Agreement with Providence University, Taiwan on 23 October 2018. Both universities have agreed to undertake joint research activities and publications, participation in seminars and academic meetings, exchange of academic materials.

NCU signed a Partnership Agreement for academic exchange and cooperation with Shibaura Institute of Technology(SIT), Tokyo , a leading university of Japan, which firmly maintains in the philosophy learning through practice. Both the universities have agreed to undertake joint collaborative research, exchange of students and faculty, exchange of information and publications etc.

University Technology Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia and The NorthCap University (NCU), India signed the MoU on 17th May 2020 to strengthen, promote and develop academic and research cooperation between the parties on the basis of equality and mutual benefit. UDF Centro Universitario, Brazil: An MoU is signed with UDF, Brazil in December 2022. The agreement is between Law schools of both the universities for academic exchange programmes for students and faculty, joint organization of seminars, conferences and workshops and exchange and access of academic publication materials.

The University of North Florida, USA: The NCU has a collaboration with UNF, Florida, USA. The MoU is signed in March 2023. The agreement is signed for the Exchange of Faculty and Administrative/Professional staff, the exchange of students, Immersion Programmes , Research Collaborations and Joint Degrees.

Salem State University, USA: The NCU has a collaboration with Salem State University, USA. The agreement is signed in March 2023 for educational exchange programs which includes Short and long-term exchange of faculty members and non-academic staff; Student exchange (undergraduate and graduate). It also focuses on Collaborative research, summer internship/immersion, Dual degree/joint degree.

American Society of Quality (ASQ): A Students' Chapter has been established with The American Society of Quality (ASQ) to provide a certificate programme for students. We are the first university in India to be selected by ASQ to form a thriving Students' Chapter

Accreditation Services for International Colleges (ASIC) UK: A respected international accreditation body for academic institutions worldwide, reaccredited The NorthCap University with a status of 'Premier University'. The University was awarded a grade of 'Commendable' in seven out of eight measurable areas of the university's operations. Read More...

ITB Ireland: The University has an effective MoU in place with ITB Ireland and is collaborating signicantly in the mobility of students and faculty. The first students exchange started in September 2011 for a semester abroad programme. Various collaborative schemes for UG and PG students continue to be rolled out

n+i: The n+i engineering network, which is a consortium of over 70 French Grandes Ecoles (elite engineering institutes), is the largest network in France and offers student exchange programmes under an MoU with NCU.

Students from the School of Law would benefit a great deal by this tie-up with NCU. While doing their BBA-LLB (Hons) course, they would be in a position to add to their professional graph in one of the most sought-after futuristic areas-the field of arbitration

ISRO: MoU between ISRO, Dept of Space, Govt. of India, Ahmedabad, and The NorthCap University for IRNSS Navigation Receiver Field Trial and Data Collection that will enhance research and innovation at the University.

The NorthCap University is member of The Association Commonwealth Universities since May 2011.
