Workshop on Changing Paradigm of IPR in India

Centre for Intellectual Property Rights Advocacy, Research & Training (CIPRART), School of Law, NCU, organized a workshop on the theme ‘Changing Paradigm of IPR in India’ for students and faculty of the University on 24 Jan 2019. The workshop was conducted by Ms Pooja Kumar, Patent Agent and Founder of Innove Intellects. She discussed the importance and need for IPR with special focus on Patents in the contemporary world. Participants were acquainted with the pre-requisites for Patent Filing such as Patent Application; procedure and mechanism of Patent Design, Copyright and Trademark filing applications. In the interactive session participants clarified their doubts. The workshop was coordinated by Ms Unanza Gulzar.
