How many times will a student go for internships in every program?

To get the feel of a real-life working environment and to be up-to-date with the latest technologies, The NorthCap University has a mandatory credit based internship for its students. The university according to the academic requirement of the respective course encourages students to gain real life practical experience by working in corporate within the speculated period of time.

What kind of training is provided to hone student’s soft skills?

In addition to the hard (technical) skills, soft skills are required to be developed by a student to enhance employability. The main objective of our university is to equip a student with the right kind of skills and attitude so that they can become more effective, efficient and productive in their employer organizations much sooner than otherwise. A variety of sessions on Group Discussions, Personal Interviews and Situation based problem solving and self & social awareness are organized in order to enhance soft skills in a student.
